Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, E Couriers Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. E Couriers Limited shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, E Couriers Limited will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

All orders placed over $2,000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Title/Risk of Loss
Title to goods being purchased herein passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser, unless otherwise specified. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by E Couriers Limited is E Couriers Limited’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is Customer’s responsibility.

E Couriers Limited hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by E Couriers Limited in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
